About

The About screen in R+ contains the version history and copyright notices for your instance. There are also links to the DDTech Customer portal and the Support desk.

Replenishment+ Version History

The Version History box lists all of the improvements and features in each new version of R+. To view all of the new version updates that have ever ben performed on your instance, select the "See all historical changes" link at the bottom of the box.

Application Information

This box contains the version you are currently running and the build number and release date for that version (i.e. when it became publicly available to all clients). This date is not when your site was upgraded to this version.

Support/Documentation

This box contains a link to the Customer Portal, which contains the R+ User Guide and related R+ technical and implementation documentation.

You can also use the "Open a Support Ticket" link to access the DDTech JIRA Support desk and open a new support ticket.
