APM Simulation Assumptions

  • The APM simulation generates a daily simulation which reflects the location operating calendar and the simulation settings described above.

  • While weekly sums and averages are reported in the respective APM reports, they are based on the daily values generated by the simulation engine. This ensures that proper alerts are provided in those reports with alert settings.

  • The APM utilizes the current part attributes and settings in the Replenishment+ instance. These will include the following:

    • Part attributes: lead time, minimum/maximum/multiple order values, daily usage setting (ADU, FDU, Blend), buffer profile assignments

    • Buffer Profile values

    • Location calendar

    • Adjustment Factors (Planned Adjustment Factors, Cycle Day Adjustment Factors

Downloading Simulation Data
