Settings (Site Administration)

Access: Menu > Site Administration

This is the area of R+ in which system administrators can apply system settings at an instance and/or location specific level.

In System Management, you can also apply and modify settings relating to Importing & Exporting, Processing, and Stock Deployment. All of these sections will be explained in detail below.

Tab	Description
General	Set instance-wide settings including the User-Defined Fields, date/time settings, and security settings such as password complexity requirements.
Accounts & Access	Add or delete users, define roles and permissions, and set up Azure Active Directory Single Sign-On.
Import & Export	Select approved import fields, configure instance-wide CSV settings, and select field metrics for the Resource and Routings files (needed for the Rough Cut Capacity Planning module).
Processing	Determine instance-wide default settings for buffer calculations, net flow horizons, and alert levels and make changes to system processing settings like MRP and auto-approval
Stock Deployment	Set the sourcing location and shared settings for the Stock Deployment Module
