This box contains a link to the Customer Portal, which contains the R+ User Guide and related R+ technical and implementation documentation.

You can also use the "Open a Support Ticket" link to access the DDTech JIRA Support desk and open a new support ticket.

Cache Management

Generalized Data Set Specifics

In Generalized Data Set specifics, you are viewing site-wide average statistics about locations, part data and Net Flow parts. You an also export the source files for these statistics in a .zip file by selecting the "Create Generalized Data Set" button at the bottom of the box.

Background Jobs

This box contains a number of manual override buttons for various jobs in R+. As the note in the box states, it is often not necessary to run these jobs here on this page, and if you need to, it will often be a result of troubleshooting with the DDTech Support staff.

When you set up user roles for your instance, you should consider limiting access to this screen to Site Administrators or Power Users who you would be comfortable having access to these manual overrides.
