Click the "Replenishment+" icon in the upper left corner of any screen

The Dashboard is the Home screen for R+. It provides a snapshot of the current state of the system. This includes information on the number of items that need to be ordered, the number of alerts that need to be addressed, and the status of the most recent dates of import for each data file.

Planning Priorities

Planning Priorities shows the count of parts that require attention by each DDMRP zone category. This is a quick way to see how many parts need orders accepted today in R+. Accepting orders for each Planning Priority is always the first task you should complete when planning in R+.

There are 6 Priorities in R+:

• • Critical: when Net Flow is less than the Red Zone Base Quantity

  • High: when Net Flow is at or below Top of Red but greater than a percentage of the Red Zone

  • High (NB) for Non-Buffered Parts: NB part with demand > inventory

  • Medium: when Net Flow is greater than Top of Red and at or below Top of Yellow

  • Low: when Net Flow is greater than Top of Yellow and at or below Top of Green

  • OToG (Over Top of Green): when Net Flow is greater than Top of Green

Click on any Priority bar to access the Workbench. The Workbench screen will be filtered by that Priority.

Execution Alerts

Execution Alerts shows the number of alerts currently in R+, as well as the status of the Supply Order Notes for each alert type. By reviewing the status of each note, you can quickly assess how many new alerts need to be reviewed and action potentially taken to address them.

You can also view the status of all of the supply order notes on the parts with alerts in your system. The notes icons on the alerts can tell you if the alert has been successfully taken action against, if the alert needs another follow-up/note, or if there are alerts that still need to be addressed.

Understanding Site Status

Site Status offers key information about the age of the data being used in R+, summary statistics for the data in R+, and number of current pending orders generated by the MRP engine and planners.

Last Updated

This section allows the user to see the last time each R+ file was imported. The date and time displayed are in the time zone your instance is set in. You can find this time in the Site Administration settings. In versions 4.17.0+, you will be able to view this status at the location level.

In versions 4.17.0+, you will be able to view the Site Status by Location. Site Status will also respect the user preferences and/or user resource filters on a user's account.

This section lists all key data points that drive the performance of R+.

Additional details of Site Status can be seen by clicking the hyperlink “View additional status details”. This link will take you to the “Status” screen, which can also be accessed under Information in the Menu in R+.
