Upgrading R+
Generally, a new Feature Release of R+ comes out around every 3 months. The Feature Release contains great new features to help you get even more out of Replenishment+. It also may contain important defect resolution items, as well as performance enhancements.
The users that are subscribed to product updates of R+ will receive an email when the release is available, with a description of the features and changes in the new version. Your IT team or group should receive these emails as they will be managing the long-term upkeep of R+.
To upgrade, simply send [email protected] an email with your instance URL requesting the latest version of the software. Upgrades are generally done during off hours, and only take a few minutes.
