Projected Supply Report
The Projected Supply Report provides a view of the weekly supply volumes projected for the respective parts. This report provides a forward-looking supply requirement based upon forecasted demand broken down into weekly buckets.

Supply requirements are shown in the week they are due to be completed in production or will arrive from a supplier. The Sum values reflect the total volume of supply for the week based on the selected filtering. These summary values can be used to assess total production requirements during the period. The Sum values will also be useful in sharing expected requirements with key suppliers.
The Overview Grid shows the items in the Simulation based on selected filtering. The summary values at the bottom of the Overview Grid are the total supply requirements for the week based on the filtering. Users may utilize the filters in the custom filter tray on the left side of the display.
Users may select an item in the upper grid by clicking on the desired item which will then reveal the item details in the Details Panel at the bottom of the screen. In the Details Panel you'll find the following views.
Projected Inventory Report
The Projected Inventory Report provides a view of the average weekly inventory levels for the parts displayed in the report. This provides you with deep insights into your projected inventory values at the part and group level (based on filtering).

The report will display the weekly sum of projected average weekly inventory levels for each part. The inventory levels are the sum of units (pieces, kg, gal) and are not based on the material cost. While the Overview Grid is displaying the average weekly inventory level, the Status column indicates the alert level of the item based on the lowest daily inventory level projected in the Simulation. Remember that the alerts indicated on the projected inventory report will be based on the settings established in the Simulation Properties described above.
The Sum values at the bottom of the Overview Grid are the total of the average inventory levels for each week.
Daily Usage Report
The Daily Usage Report provides users with a view of parts which have substantial changes forecasted in their rate of usage. This may reflect seasonal demand patterns, increased sales activity through the opening of a new distribution channel, or product introductions or deletions. Status is determined based on the rate of change in the Forecasted Daily Usage as compared to the Effective Daily Usage for the part.

Promotion Report
The Promotion Report displays for the forecasted demand for each part. The forecast is the actual weekly values from the forecasted demand imported into Replenishment+. The report enables users to identify peak periods of demand for review to ensure buffer activity will support the expected demand.

The Status field in the Promotion Report is based on the alert threshold setting in the Simulation Properties described above. The alert threshold is based on the Peak to Average column which displays the ratio of the largest weekly forecasted demand over the Alert horizon divided by the average forecasted demand over the horizon period.
The Total Demand column sums the total forecasted demand for the part for the Simulation. This will enable users to sort for those items with peak activity for review.
Projected Buffer Trend Report
The Projected Buffer Trend report provides an aggregate view of the buffer performance trend based on filters selected in the Custom Filter tray. This report enables users to get an overview of expected improvements in buffer activity based on the APM simulation. It can be used to assess the trend of inventory value over the selected horizon as compared to the target inventory value based on selected filtering. As well, the report reveals the expected change in distribution of buffer priority.
The date range can be adjusted to by selecting the calendar icon in the upper left corner of the trend report.

Part Details in APM
All Activity Tab
The All Activity in the APM is similar to the corresponding view in the Replenishment+ Workbench and Alerts screens. The All Activity view will display the current on hand inventory and open supply records for the item along with those supplies projected in the APM simulation run. The Demand values will be based on the item forecast and the simulation setting for recognizing the forecasted demand (all on a given day or spread evenly). It is assumed that current demand records would be included in the forecasted demand for the week. The running balance begins with the current inventory and then calculates the daily running balance based on the simulated activity for demand and supply.

Supply Orders Tab
The Supply Orders tab displays the existing open supply orders for the item along with the projected supply orders based on the APM simulation. The existing supply orders will display the order number imported from the client's ERP system while the simulated supply orders will have a temporary order number as produced by the simulation run.
In the example below supply order 55001 was imported from the ERP system while all the others were a result of the APM simulation.

Demand Allocations Tab
The Demand Allocations tab in the APM will display the demand records generated from the forecasted demand. The values are based on the setting in the APM Settings panel to either recognize all the weekly forecasted demand on a given day in the week, or having it spread evenly across the open calendar days in the week.
Any actual demand allocations that were imported from the client ERP via the Demand Order file will NOT be included as demand in the APM Simulation. The assumption is that the weekly forecasted demand is inclusive of any actual demands that have been imported into the Replenishment+ instance.

Analytics Tab
The Analytics tab presents the trailing view of the item buffer performance over the user selected time horizon. The functionality of this tab is the same as in the Replenishment+ Workbench and Alerts reports of Replenishment+.

Projection Tab
The Projection tab presents the projected buffer performance of the item based on the APM simulation. It is essentially the "opposite" of the Analytics tab; giving a forward view of buffer performance instead of a past view of buffer performance. This view provides great insights into forecasted demand and its impact on projected buffer behavior.
You can change the date range on the chart by selecting the calendar icon in the upper left hand corner.

Properties Tab
The Properties tab displays core master data for the part. Its content is identical to the Properties tab as displayed on the Workbench or Alerts reports of Replenishment+. For an overview of Properties definitions, visit the Properties page.

Buffer Sizing Tab
The Buffer Sizing tab displays the buffer sizing for the part and is identical to the view in the Workbench or Alerts reports of Replenishment+. As such, it is displaying the current buffer size values and not the projected buffer size values.
For an overview of Buffer Sizing definitions, visit the Buffer Sizing page.

Bill of Material Tab
The Bill of Material tab is identical to the view in the Workbench or Alerts reports of Replenishment+. For an overview of Buffer Sizing definitions, visit the Bill of Material page.

Notes Tab
The Note tab is identical to the view in the Workbench or Alerts reports of Replenishment+. For an overview of Notes, visit the Notes page.
