Local Sign On
Initial User Sign In
(Please click here if you are looking for the steps on how to create a local user in R+).
Your Site Administrator will create a user account for you with the appropriate roles and permissions assigned to you. You will receive an email from R+ giving you your R+ username and a link that will take you to a page where you can enter a password of your choice. A sample email from R+ looks like this:

You will have 24 hours to click the link and create a password before the link expires. Once the link expires, your administrator will need to resend you a new link.
Once you click the link, you will be directed to set up a new password for yourself.
Your password must respect the password complexity set by the Administrator. As a rule of thumb, it is a good idea to have a password that has:
at least 6 characters
1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 symbol

Upon successful sign in, you will see the Homepage - also known as the Dashboard - of your R+ instance.

You may want to create a bookmark or favorite of the Dashboard to make it easier to access next time you login.
Subsequent Logins
Once you have set your password, you can use it to login using the Local Sign on option in the Login screen. To log in to R+, select the "Log In" button in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
Then enter your UserName and Password in the Local Account Log In box to enter R+.
