Approving Recommended Orders
Approving R+ Recommended Orders
To approve a single order or multiple orders in R+, click the checkboxes next to the parts that you wish to reorder. Once you select a part in the Workbench, the Part Details will be replaced by the Accept Recommended Orders screen. After you've clicked all the parts you wish to accept orders for, click the green box at the bottom of the screen that says “Approve Order(s)”.

As soon as the order is approved, the part will reflect the new supply order in the Net Flow Equation and Part Activity. The Priority of the part will switch to "Low". The new orders for those parts can be found in the Pending Orders table.
Approving Orders in Bulk
Orders do not just have to be ordered individually by checking boxes. You can also approve pages of orders or all orders by priority in the Workbench.
Approving Recommended Orders by Page
The first way to approve groups of orders is by selecting all the orders in a group or a page.
To approve all orders by page, first check the number of parts that you have on the page. This can be found in the dropdown at the top of the page. This will be the maximum number of parts that you will be approving at once. At the same time, you should also navigate to the page you wish to approve, if it is not the first page.

To approve the orders for parts needing to be reordered, select the check box in the header bar.

This will highlight all of the parts on the page. On the Workbench, the Approve Orders screen on the lower half of the page will indicate how many records you have selected, even if those parts selected have Low, Inactive, or OtoG priorities. Click "Approve Order(s)" to accept orders for all parts with a Yellow or Red Priority. No orders will be generated for the Low, OtoG or Inactive parts.

To approve all orders by priority, you won't use the check boxes at all. Instead, you will click the Check icon in the upper left hand corner above the priority filter bars. For this icon to be visible, you cannot have any checkboxes selected.

You will see a pop up with all of the priorities that you should issue orders for. To approve all of the orders for the parts with a Critical priority, leave the Critical box checked, and uncheck the rest of the boxes. Then select "Approve Orders".

You can only select orders by Priority this way on the Workbench. However, you can group by priority on the Workbench Preview and reorder by group to achieve the same result. While you cannot group by specific columns on the Workbench like you can on the Workbench Preview, you can use the filters on the left-hand side to only view and then select items by specific fields.
Creating Custom Orders
Custom Quantities
If you want to create a custom order or change the recommended order quantity or Request Date on the Workbench, the first step is to highlight - NOT check - the part you wish to create an order for. To do this, tap the row of the part number so that it turns blue. You will still see the Part Details for this part at the bottom of the screen.

Then, select the "+" button in the upper left hand corner above the Priorities filters. This button will only be visible if you have no checkboxes selected on the Workbench.

The "Create custom order" pop-up should appear on your screen. From here, you can change the recommended reorder quantity by typing a new quantity in the text box or using the arrows to toggle the number up and down. If the data exists for this part, the Order Multiple, Minimum Order, and/or Maximum Order will all be visible on this screen for your reference. If there is an order multiple on the item, the arrows will increase or decrease the Reorder Qty by that multiple.
Use the calendar box to select a Request Date for the part. The default Request Date in the custom order screen will always be 1 Fixed Lead Time out from today.
Once you are done editing the fields, select "Create Order".

If you try to set a quantity that does not meet the MOQ or Order Quantity value criteria, you will not be able to save the quantity.
