Auto Approve
The Auto Approve feature will allow the R+ Recommended Orders to be automatically accepted for parts that have been selected for auto approval and sent to the Pending Orders Table.
Enabling Auto Approve in R+
To use Auto Approve, the first step is to enable it in the Site Administration settings. Go to Site Administration > Processing > Recommended Orders Auto Approve.
In Auto Approve settings, you can determine which locations can run auto-approve, and the day and time settings of the auto-approve job. These settings should be considered alongside the interface timing to ensure that the auto-approve job runs after the interface job.
The final switch determines whether or not orders can be placed by auto approve on Location Holidays (Holiday Calendar). It is defaulted to OFF; enabling it will allow Auto Approve to place orders regardless of Holidays settings.

If you are using the Fixed Reorder Cycle feature, you cannot leave this setting "Unrestricted" if all locations are using auto approve. You must select all of the locations to ensure that the feature is enabled.
Enabling Auto Approve at the Part Level
Even if auto approve is enabled at a location, not all parts at that location need to be, or in some cases, should be on auto-approve. The second step from turning on Auto-Approval is to designate which parts will be set to Auto Approve. This can be done in two ways.
Bulk Editing
To turn auto-approve on for multiple parts at once, the preferred method is to populate the “Parts” file with the appropriate designation for a part to be on Auto Approve (True) or not on Auto Approve (False). All parts needing Auto Approve should have "TRUE" written in the AutoApproveRecommendedOrders column in the Parts file. The edited part file is then loaded to Replenishment+ via a Configuration Import.

Manual Editing in R+
The auto approve attribute can also be manually updated in the part record in R+. You can access the part record for a part either by:
Visiting the Part Editor, searching for the part in the Part Number column filter, and selecting "Details" on that part.
Finding the part in the Workbench Preview, clicking the Part Number link, and switching to the Edit screen for that part.
Once you are on the part record, you can enable Auto Approve by tapping the toggle box next to Auto Approve to "Yes".

Once the Auto Approve Setting is enabled and Parts are set to Auto Approve, any parts with a Recommended Order and Schedule Order Date = Today will be Auto Approved and the part will be moved to the Pending Orders Table.
The Auto Approve toggle will only appear in the Part Details once Auto Approve has been enabled in the settings for the site.
