# Settings (Site Administration)

This is the area of Intuiflow in which system administrators can apply system settings at an instance and/or location-specific level.

In System Management, you can also apply and modify settings relating to Importing & Exporting, Accounts & Access, and Processing. All of these sections will be explained in detail below.

| **Import & Export** | Select approved import fields, configure instance-wide CSV settings, and select field metrics for the Resource and Routings files (needed for the Rough Cut Capacity Planning module). |
| **Processing** | Determine instance-wide default settings for buffer calculations, net flow horizons, and alert levels and make changes to system processing settings like MRP and auto-approval |
