Initial User Sign In

Your Site Administrator will create a user account for you with the appropriate roles and permissions assigned to you. You will receive an email from R+ giving you your R+ username and a link that will take you to a page where you can enter a password of your choice.

You will have 24 hours to click the link and create a password before the link expires. Once the link expires, your administrator will need to resend you a new link.

Once you click the link, you will be directed to set up a new password for yourself.

Your password must respect the password complexity set by the Administrator. As a rule of thumb, it is a good idea to have a password that has:

  • at least 6 characters

  • 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 symbol

Upon successful sign in, you will see the Homepage - also known as the Dashboard - of your Intuiflow instance.

You may want to create a bookmark or favorite of the Dashboard to make it easier to access next time you log in.

Subsequent Logins

Once you have set your password, you can use it to log in using the Local Sign-on option in the Login screen. To log in to Intuiflow, enter your credentials in the Login screen.

Then enter your Username and Password in the Local Account Log In box to enter Intuiflow.
