Reviewing Orders: The Pending Orders Screen

Once you have approved an order from the Workbench, the order is moved to the Pending Orders table before it is transferred to your ERP system. It can be accessed from the header bar, at the top-right of the screen.

The pending orders table lists all the fields needed for an accepted order to be transmitted back to your system of record for orders, as well as some extra columns that give insight into the status of the order prior to acceptance.

Exporting Pending Orders Data

This icon will let you export the current approved orders in the Pending Orders screen. This will not export the orders or otherwise change them – you will just receive an Excel view of the current Pending Orders screen. The supply order records will continue to be in the screen ready for export to your ERP system.

If you want to export all of the committed orders history, you will select this icon. It will allow you to download all of the orders transferred from Intuiflow to your ERP.

Order Committing (and why NOT to Commit)

Clicking the the button shown above in the Pending Orders table will commit the order. This will prevent it from being included in the script that transfers orders from the Pending Orders table in Intuiflow to your ERP system.

Removing Orders from the Pending Orders Table

To delete an order from being passed to your ERP, you will need the trash can icon. If no order is selected, this will delete all Pending Orders. If you do select an order or multiple orders, then only those selected records will be deleted.
