# User Site Preferences

Menu > User Preferences

## Global Part Filter

The Global Part Filter allows the user to set a site-wide filter by planner code and location preference. Users can either have these preferences set for them by their administrator in the account resource filters or they can set them here.

This is an especially helpful filter for users who have responsibilities at multiple locations but only wish to focus on one location at a time across all modules in Intuiflow.

You can select your planner code preferences from the Planner dropdown menu, and your location preferences from the Location dropdown menu. When you apply these filters, the Workbench, Pending Orders, Alerts, and Reports will only show those parts that have been assigned to the selected Planner Codes and Locations.
