If you have created a custom order, you will notice that the green button at the top of the screen now says “Review Edited Orders”.
Once you have selected orders to review, select the "Manage Orders" button at the top of the screen. If you have adjusted the order quantity of any orders in the workbench, you will notice that the recommended order quantity value now displays a red carrot icon at the top left of the field.
This is the window you use to accept your orders, as well as confirm the orders that were edited. You can make additional changes to the Request Date, Reorder Qty, Sourcing, or Alternate BoM changes here.
This is also the screen where you can use the load optimizer or packaging unit features if desired.
The bottom of the manage orders screen will still give you the total amount of orders you are accepting, edited or not. Always make sure this number matches with what you are expecting.
From the Workbench you can review your reorder quantities in different units, either in weight, packaging units, or volume. This ability is possible only if you have filled out all conversions for each part and imported them into the PartPackaging Import file.
To use this feature, you will need three columns: Reorder Quantity, Packaging Quantity, and Packaging Unit. Reorder Quantity will tell you the original base quantity. Packaging Quantity will show you the converted quantity. And the Packaging Unit column will show you the unit conversion that you are viewing.
To activate the Packaging Quantity column and view the reorder quantity in another unit, you will need to select which conversion you want to view. Click the filter icon next to the "Manage Orders" button to open the Modify Current View window. Once the screen opens, click the dropdown menu under “Display Options”. The options in the drop-down menu show all of the conversions currently uploaded in your Intuiflow instance via the PartPackaging file. Select the conversion you wish to view from the dropdown and click the green “Apply” button.
